Online training

Your program. Your schedule. My coaching.

Online coaching with me starts with you: your goals, your training experience, and what fits into your life. I build your workouts around your schedule and the equipment you have, whether you train at home or in a gym. Through weekly check-ins, training logs, and lift video reviews, I get to know how you train and adjust your plan based on your progress and feedback.

As a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist I bring 5+ years of experience to my in person and online coaching programs. Having worked with youth athletes, para and collegiate athletes, and the general population I have a breadth of knowledge that I can apply to your personalized program. No matter where, when, why, or how you train, I will help you achieve your goals!

How it works

  1. Tell me about you

Share your goals, training experience, schedule, and equipment.

  2. Get your plan

Receive your custom plan in the client platform and start logging your workouts.

  3. Train and check in

Check in each week, get feedback, and adjust your training as you progress.

Train independently. Get coaching along the way.

You do the workouts on your own, but your plan keeps developing with you. I review your progress, give feedback on your lifts, and help you find a routine that fits your life and goals. Looking for coached sessions in San Diego? Explore in-person training below.

In-person FAQ

Questions

What is the cancellation policy?+

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so I can offer the spot to someone else. Late cancellations may count as a used session.

What should I expect from a session?+

Every session is 60 minutes. We warm up, work through your program, and finish with a cool down. I coach each rep, adjust the load to how you feel that day, and explain what we are doing and why.

How do I renew my package, or upgrade it?+

When you are close to finishing a package I will check in about renewing. If you want more sessions or a bigger package, just message me and we will switch it over.

What should I do on the days we do not meet?+

I will give you simple work to do on your own days, such as a short workout, mobility, or a recovery focus, so progress carries between sessions.

What should I bring?+

Comfortable training clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a towel. If you use a prosthetic or other equipment, bring it so we can train around it.
